With effect from 31.10.2026, the Bank uses:

- in English – INTESA SANPAOLO BANK Joint Stock Company;
- abbreviated name:
- in Ukrainian – АТ «ІНТЕЗА САНПАОЛО БАНК»;
- in English – INTESA SANPAOLO BANK JSC;
- commercial (trade) name:
- in Ukrainian – «ІНТЕЗА САНПАОЛО БАНК»;
- in English – INTESA SANPAOLO BANK.
This change does not entail any reorganization of the Bank.
The Bank retains all rights and obligations of INTESA SANPAOLO BANK Joint Stock Company. All arrangements entered into on behalf of INTESA SANPAOLO BANK JSC, including the issued powers of attorney, remain valid. The change of name does not terminate or otherwise affect the rights and obligations of the parties under transactions and other legal relations.
Any references in agreements and other documents (including those to be drafted or signed in the future) to INTESA SANPAOLO BANK JSC shall be deemed references to INTESA SANPAOLO BANK JSC.
